LEVEL 1 WEB AUDIO PACKAGE

Service Includes:

Copywriting

Professional voice talent

Wide selection of background music

Music licensing fees

Mixing and producing

Procedures:

Copywriting:

Our staff will contact the member of your staff designated to control the web audio product and create ideas for the web audio. Ideas will include text as well as music and sound effects. Our staff will submit copy and music/sound effects, via email, for approval. Once we are given written approval on the copy and music/sound effects, the voice talent will be selected.

Voicing:

The talent will voice the copy. An MP3 file will be mailed to the web audio technician at the company. The technician will make the decision if the talent voiced the copy the correct way. Any corrections made to the voicing of the copy will be included in the cost of the package. If the copy has to be changed, an additional charge may apply.


Production:

The voice will be mixed with the requested music or sound effects. The production will be emailed in MP3 format to the technician. If corrections need to be made to how the sound effects or music were mixed, those changes are included in the package price. If the music or sound effects are changed for different music or sound effects, the additional charge will be applied. The production will be emailed in MP3 format to the controller for final approval. Upon final approval, the production will be emailed to the client in an MP3 format.



Terms:

Payment of 50% due at time proposal letter is signed and full payment will be due upon delivery of audio files. Audiocom is not responsible for uploading the audio files to client’s website. Installation of the sound files onto web page is the responsibility of the client or client’s web designer.

All services in Level 1 included except copywriting.


Procedures:

Copy:

Copy written by the client will be submitted to our copywriter for proofreading.
Client will select music and effects.


Voicing:

Same as Level 1


Production:

Same as Level 1
